NASA Spinoff - RMV Electrostatic Discharge Training Improves Manufacturing Practices

Just published in the recent NASA Spinoff is an interesting article on the contributions of RMV Technology Group LLC, a NASA Industry Partner, tp conduct advanced technology training to strengthen the manufacturing practices for the space program and to better protect the Warfighter. Just recently, November 2020, RMV conducted the first "Virtual" 2-Day NASA ESD Program Monitor Training followed by a 1-Day "Hands On" Workstation Verification Training with NASA approved Social Distancing in place that allowed a limited number of persons per day in the RMV laboratory.

For the 2021 first quarter, RMV will engage in more "Virtual Training" due to the ongoing concerns with the health and safety of all individuals. The Virtual Training is 'Live" and is combined with a number of demonstrations and videos filmed in the RMV laboratory in real time. This technique has proven to be of more engaging among participants plus a a better "in the moment" learning experience for all.
